Modern man became stagnated when he gave up the reins. Things became too complicated to be able to keep up with, too many people, super technology, and international relations--people found it easier to just pay taxes, and let the leaders handle it. Let the government leaders, business leaders, and the military leaders, with the help of scholars and experts, do what’s best for us all. Leave us free to work, have fun, and be happy. When modern man gave up the reins, he gave up responsibility, lost his will, and became stagnated. We are all destructive participants in a destructive world on a path of self destruction. To want to be enlightened, happy, or loved in the face of all this destruction is to be unconscious. We need to learn with the sole end to understand.
