Good Morning World

People are just people, they need to interrelate,
We need TV programs where people participate.
Why isn’t there a “Good Morning World”,
Where all people’s plight could be heard?
I want to know the Arabs, the Afghans,
The Latinos, Asians, and Africans.
People are just people, they need to mass communicate.

I don’t believe in super stars,
They’re like a quilt of bright colors,
Used to cover the reality,
Art has been transformed into an Industry.

Those being used by Madison Avenue, are the prettiest girls,
To titillate our natural desires, selling themselves like whores.
It would be more dignified to polish these human pearls
By incorporating their talent into diplomatic corps.
Every nation sends, in contingents, all its single girls
To travel around the world to spread their people’s word.
How could any nation hate its age-old enemy
If its young women were ambassadresses in their country.

Airtime is controlled by the commercial system.
With public airwaves, satellites, computers, and television,
We could end man’s ancient problem of isolationism.
Every man, woman, and child is bursting with creativity,
That lies dormant and undeveloped decaying like a cavity.
Self expression is the answer of which the media is the key.
This God given answer is being sold to Industry.

I don’t believe in super stars,
They’re like a quilt of bright colors,
Used to cover the reality,
Art has been transformed into an Industry.

We need to open a worldwide media network,
Open solely for the development of amateurs,
Funded by plugging local entrepreneurs.
Hookup a studio in every city and hamlet
Accessible to humanity anywhere on the planet.
Art and creativity from every region
Will sift out to international recognition.
